Grilled lamb with rosemary and garlic
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
6
lamb noisettes or chops
MARINADE
1
lemon, use the juice and reserve the zest for garnish
2
cloves garlic, crushed
2
sprigs rosemary (use the leaves)
45 ml
olive oil
Method:
Mix marinade ingredients and rub on the lamb.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Braai over medium to hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, until lamb is cooked to your liking.
Garnish with lemon zest.
