Muddy chocolate brownies

    red kidney beans
  • 200
    ml
    castor sugar
  • 80
    g
    cocoa powder
  • 3
    eggs
  • 150
    g
    butter
  • 1
    tsp
    vanilla essence
  • short cut ganache
  • 200
    g
    dark chocolate
  • 1
    c
    cream
 

Method

20 mins
 

Pre heat oven at 1800 C.

In a food processor pulse red kidney beans until smooth, add the other ingredients and blend.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and bake at 1800c for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

Over a double boiler melt chocolate and stir in cream, pour over the brownie.
