Russian cherry chicken pie

Ingredients (10)

300 g chicken breast fillets
50 g sesame seeds — black
100 g butter
40 ml vodka
100 ml red bull
100 ml litchis — juice
50 g cherries
300 g puff pastry
20 g paprika
2 g bay leaves

Method:

Turn oven on to 180 degrees.

Season chicken breasts with salt and paprika.

Roll out puff pastry.

Bake puff pastry in the oven until golden brown.

Fry chicken breast fillets in butter until cooked but not dry.

Take chicken fillets out and encrust with sesame seeds.

In a different pan heat 30ml butter.

As soon as the butter begins to foam deglaze the pan with the vodka, red bull,litchi juice, add bay leaf and salt to taste.

Cook until sauce has thickened, add cherries.

Remove pastry from oven, cut into desired shape and plate with other ingredients, drizzle sauce over.
