Can you feel it? That sweet whiff in the air of jasmine just beginning to bloom. The days are getting longer and to my delight Spring fashion is being actively flaunted in all of my favourite clothing stores (note to self: better get some self-tan!). I'm also getting excited when I see fresh asparagus, globe artichokes and deliciously plump cherries and plums waiting to be savoured.
Everyone – Spring is on the way!
It’s almost time to bid your soup pots farewell and say hello to fresh salads, lighter fare and foods that give you the energy to get active and spend time outdoors.
