Fresh water fish with a delicate flavour. Trout is available, fresh or frozen.

Use: Trout can be pan- fried, grilled, baked or smoked and served with a fresh garden salad and vegetables. Skinned and filleted smoked trout served with brown bread and butter, a squeeze of lemon and freshly ground black pepper is delicious.
