Tortilla bases are rather clever things, they make very nice little pizzas in a hurry.
How to make them:
1. Lightly coat the tortilla with some jar tomato pasta sauce or passata.
2. Add the cheese of your choice - use Parmesan, Gruyere, blue or lovely mature cheddar.
3. Add your toppings!
4. Bake in the oven at a preheated 180 C for 5-10 minutes (depending on your toppings).
Tip: Its important to keep the toppings quite light and thinly sliced as
the base is so thin.
