Baking from an online recipe (or any recipe!) can be daunting for people, due to the fear that the finished product won’t look like it’s supposed to in the photo. The internet is great at sugar coating. Especially when it comes to image-heavy platforms like Pinterest.

Ever heard the phrase, “One day I will have that in my Pinterest house”, or “My Pinterest wedding will be on a hilltop overlooking the ocean” ? In other words, it’s associated with the idea of perfection.

There are those who are brave enough to cook anything that looks delicious without having tried it before – and why not? What is life without a bit of experimentation? We encourage our readers to try new things all the time. Sometimes things go wrong and that's ok! Just toss it onto the big heap of material they call experience and have a go another time.
