It’s the weekend baby!

Celebrate with friends with a round of granadilla and lime margaritas followed by a jug of pina coladas.

If you're the one who always invites friends over for rugby, make life easy for yourself and prepare these simple beef and chickpea pockets or for the veggies, the butternut and feta stuffed pitas. All you have to do is prepare the fillings, heat the pitas and your friends can design their own lunch.

Something light for dinner sounds like a good idea; how about a simple thai watermelon salad with a chilled glass of white wine.

Spoil yourself on Sunday with breakfast in bed, get your partner to make you these delicious and healthy cinnamon wheat pancakes with hot raspberry compote.

Take the family out on a picnic to the beach or park, with a basket full of tasty surprises; baby potato salad, avocado and strawberry salad. And for mains how about chunky smoked beef sandwiches and thai chicken and egg mayo sandwiches.
