1. Roasted olives
Zoosh up the old olive for something that is rather special.
2. Halloumi with red pepper dip
This dip is also delicious with crudites and flat breads.
3. Parmesan coated chicken strips
Serve with a lemony mayonnaise for a killer snack.
4. Spicy nuts
There is something about warm nuts that makes them hard to resist.
5. Mini frittata
Make in advance and serve at room temperature. Very popular. Garnish with a slice fried chorizo or grilled tomato.
6. Sticky chicken wings
Add some mini corn on the cob if you want to make a meal out of it.
7. Rosemary cheese straws
To impress, pile these easy puff pastry straws high on plattters with dips.
8. Pulled pork
It is a bit of effort to make the pork, but well worth it. Roll up in phyllo rolls or serve on crostini. Make a delicious filling for mini pies or roll in puff pastry for mini sausage rolls.
9. Sweetcorn fritters
These are delicious topped with chunky guacamole or simply with sweet chili sauce and Philly cheese.
Smear crostini with jarred caramelized onion and a slice of fragrant cheese such as Camembert.
