Restaurants are playing hardball with no-shows by naming them on Twitter.
Sometimes the customer is not always right. Especially if they don't have the decency to show up for their booking and not even bother to let the restaurant know.
So when we saw this article on The Huff Po we gave the owner of Red Medicine, who tweeted out names of no-shows, a slow clap. Yes, their actual names and surnames.
We've posted a few articles here on Food24 about this nasty trend of people not bothering to show up on the night and we've had votes to this effect. Should restaurants charge a booking fee? How much it costs the industry when bookings don't show.
But do you think naming and shaming is going too far?
