Many will know Micheal Mol from his appearances on Top Billing and more recently “Hello Doctor” and “The Dr Mol Show” where he aims to educate his audiences about wellness and healthy living. And yes – he is a qualified medical doctor so he has the credentials.
A while ago we found out that Dr Mol follows a low carb high fat diet and has now joined forces with Kauai’s Joh Berry to produce a health food cookbook titled, “Your Best Life: Quick and Healthy Family Fare”.
The book includes recipes that focus on gluten and wheat-free dishes with low carb and vegetarian inspiration too. We love the sound of this chocolate tartlet with nut crust (grain and sugar-free).
If you follow the Doc on Twitter, you’ll know that a) he is very active on the platform and b) that he shares some pretty useful health tips.
As the title of his book would suggest, it targets families and those looking for quick and simple recipes. It sounds like a winner to us – simple + healthy!
