Sue-Ann Allen, runner up of our very successful Masterchef SA, will be furthering her culinary skills by doing a month’s internship with Peter Tempelhoff at The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel’s Greenhouse Restaurant.

Peter Tempelhoff is Group Executive Chef for The Collection by Liz McGrath and oversees the 6 restaurants across the 3 hotels, including the flagship restaurant, The Greenhouse, which was awarded Eat Out’s Restaurant of the Year for 2012.
Peter was also awarded Relais & Châteaux Grand Chef status in November 2011 and joined the likes of Raymond Blanc of Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Michel Roux Jr. of Le Gavroche, Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck - to name but a few.
