KFC potato licker photo goes viral, thanks to social media.

This is basically a lesson on what NOT to do if you use social media and work for a worldwide food chain. A woman working in the kitchen at KFC thought it would be funny to post a photo of herself on Facebook suggestively licking mashed potatoes that would potentially be served to customers. yes, I know what you're thing... gross!

It seems food service employees love this sort of thing - remember that guy from Burger King who took a photo of himself standing in containers of lettuce? It appears that the potato licking photo went viral. But unlike Gangnam style and Harlem Shake, this isn't that cool. In fact, it's downright disgusting!

The photo quickly made its way to the parent company of KFC, Yum Brands in Louisville, Kentucky.

According to this article in Huffington Post, Spokesman Rick Maynard responded that the food was never served to customers.
