when we order a side of salad instead of fries.
Cutting back on the calories doesn’t
mean we need to compromise on great tasting food (and enjoying ourselves in the kitchen).
Here are 10 recipes that look after your

Quinoa and smashed herb salad
This ancient grain is full of protein, while the fried
onion, nuts and herbs give it loads of flavour.
Broccoli salad with sunflower seeds
Mint makes the broccoli sing in this simple salad, while the
nuts and radishes give that satisfying crunch.

Fresh Eastern flavours let this fast meal pop in your mouth.
Serve with rice noodles for a complete meal.

A delicious creamy curry that is great in a wholewheat pita
or with wild rice.

Mussels are so quick and delicious to prepare, and here, a hint

satisfying. Serve it with a steamed green bean and butterbean salad instead of
mash.
