I do love a dollop of pesto. It comprises of so many of my
favourite things; perfumed fresh basil, pungent garlic, golden olive oil and
roasty nuts, not forgetting strong, glassy parmesan cheese.
It’s really quite magical stuff, you can gooi it on just
about anything and it transforms a dish from boring to fabulous.
You can make it if you’re feeling like a culinary goddess or
simply buy a tub and conquer it.
