Ah, one of the most versatile of basics that is always welcome on the table.

A large batch of freezer basic mince should be on hand at all times to make things like baked potatoes, the always-satisfying spaghetti bolognaise and a bit of mummy-hugging cottage pie. But what else can you do with mince?
