Using off the shelf pasta, Jenny's hot tip is not to rinse it when its cooked. Rather cook the pasta in lots of water with, lots of salt. Stir it to stop it sticking and add a dash of olive oil.
The sauce is made with fresh parsley, chives and sage cooked in butter. Simmer briefly before adding in cream, grated nutmeg and emmenthaler cheese. Delicious!
