Chicken kebabs with garlic sauce

    chicken breast fillets, cut into 2-cm cubes

    lemon juice
  • 30
    ml
    olive oil
  • GARLIC SAUCE
  • 3
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 125
    ml
    fresh breadcrumbs
  • 30
    ml
    white wine
  • 30
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 60
    ml
    oil
  • 10
    ml
    caster sugar
  • 30
    ml
    parsley, finely chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

 
Preheat the oven grill. Thread the chicken cubes on the kebab skewers and place the kebabs in an oven dish. Blend the lemon juice and olive oil and pour over the chicken kebabs. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for an hour. Arrange the kebabs on a baking
