Ingredients (7)

24.00 prawns — large, shelled
2.00 fresh chillies — sliced
60.00 ml lemon juice
0.00 salt
0.00 black pepper — freshly ground
250.00 g green beans — blanched
200.00 g cherry tomatoes — halved

Method:

Place the prawns, chillies, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a bowl.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
When you’re ready to braai, divide the prawns between four x 30 cm squares of non-stick baking paper.
Fold up to form a parcel and wrap in foil.
Cook parcels over hot coals for 15 minutes.

Serve with green beans and tomatoes mixed together.
