Granadilla and lime margaritas

Ingredients

 
  • crushed ice
  • 60
    ml
    tequila
  • 30
    ml
    triple sec liqueur
  • 15
    ml
    lime juice
  • granadilla pulp
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Fill a shaker with ice and add tequila, triple sec and lime juice.
Shake well.
Wet the rim of a martini glass with lime and dip it into a mixture of salt and sugar.
Place a spoonful of granadilla pulp in the glass and pour in the cocktail mixture.

Carving meat
Always allow your roast to rest for 5 to 15 minutes before carving so that the juices can be reabsorbed and the meat presents an even surface when sliced. Use a short- or long-bladed knife, and a two-pronged carving fork with a guard. To prevent the meat from losing juice, steady it with the flat of the fork, rather than piercing.
