    spanish smoked paprika

    lemon juice
  • 60
    ml
    extra-virgin olive oil

    cucumber, chopped
  • 12
    soft eating apricots, sliced

Method

 
Soak the bulgar wheat in apricot juice and chicken stock until soft and plump.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
