500.00 g | sweets |
Line a deep cake tin with cling film.
Arrange colourful sweets in the base
of the lined tin.
Scoop out
1/3 of the vanilla ice cream and leave it out until
it just begins to melt and can be
stirred.
Stir in food colouring and
sweets of your choice and spoon the
mixture on top of the sweets in the tin.
Freeze until fairly firm.
Scoop out another third of the vanilla ice cream and
leave until soft. Mix with another colour and different kinds of sweets and
spoon on top of the first layer in the
cake tin.
Repeat once more, using the
remaining ice cream and freeze the
cake until hard. Turn out onto a pretty
platter and decorate with sweets and
edible flowers of your choice.
