Ingredients (11)

fresh parsley — finely chopped
fresh basil — chopped
garlic — cloves, crushed
anchovy fillets — finely chopped
gherkins — finely chopped
fresh chillies — deseeded and finely chopped
Dijon mustard — or wholegrain
vinegar — white wine
lemon juice
gherkins — reserve pickling juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste

Method:

I just marinated the Lamb Chops in some Lemon Juice, Lemon rind, oil and
salt and then grilled them on my griddle pan until they were still pink
inside (about 3 minutes a side..they were quite small lamb chops). And
served them with Smashed potatoes and a mixed salad.
