Ingredients (7)

4 red chillies — chopped
8 spring onion — chopped
10 garlic — cloves, chopped
fresh parsley — handful, finely chopped
1 stock cube — chicken
1 olive oil
1 pasta — spaghetti

Method:

Boil a large pot of salted water – bring it to a rolling boil when it’s boiling its head off – add the packet of spaghetti and stir.

Every minute or two – give the spaghetti a stir – this will prevent the pasta from sticking – don’t neglect pasta by not stirring it.

In a nice large frying pan or pot – heat the olive oil to nice and hot add the garlic – chili – spring onions and chicken stock cube and fry until the garlic is starting to go a pale golden colour.
