Ingredients (10)

150.00 g flour — cake
30.00 ml cocoa powder
30.00 ml castor sugar
2.00 eggs — large
200.00 ml milk
15.00 ml oil
0.00 oil — for frying
Filling:
4.00 bananas — sliced
100.00 ml caramel
250.00 ml cream — fresh, whipped

Method:

Beat the flour, cocoa powder, castor sugar, eggs, milk, oil and 100 ml water together until smooth.
Heat a greased pan and pour in enough batter to just cover the bottom.
Fry until golden, turning to brown both sides.
Mix the filling ingredients together and place a spoonful into each pancake.
Roll up and serve sprinkled with a little icing sugar.
