Ingredients

    ml
    natural apple juice
  • 100
    ml
    fresh raspberries or any dark berries in season
  • 150
    ml
    strawberries, sliced
  • 1
    banana, sliced
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pour into a cold glass, garnish with a mint leaf if desired and serve immediately. Makes a large shake.
