Berry and watermelon freeze

Preparation time: 10 minutes
 
Cool down with this flavour burst in a glass.
 
 
 

Ingredients

 
  • 250
    ml
    frozen raspberries
  • 250
    ml
    frozen strawberries
  • 250
    ml
    chilled watermelon juice
  • 30
    ml
    rose water
  • small wedges of watermelon, to decorate
Servings: Change Serving
 
 

Method

 
Blend the berries, juice and rose water until the mixture is smooth and thick like a slush puppie.
If you prefer, top up with a few splashes of sparkling mineral water.

Note:
A tot or two of crème de cassis turns this into a grown-up drink.
