Ingredients (4)

500 g cherries — Morello, frozen
250. ml berry juice
60 ml creme de cassis
10 lemon — thinly sliced

Method:

Whizz the cherries, fruit juice and liqueur together in a blender until just blended; it’s okay if there are still a few whole and chopped cherries.
Divide the mixture between lolly-shaped moulds and insert a lemon slice down the side of each.
Freeze until needed.
