Juicy beef burgers topped with mature cheddar cheese.

Ingredients (7)

1 Tbs oil
2 beef — patties
2 Tbs picalilli
1 Tbs mayonnaise
2 bagels — halved, toasted
mature cheddar cheese — sliced
2 gherkins — pickled, quartered

Method:

 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers for 10-14 minutes, turning occasionally until completely cooked throughout.

Meanwhile, mix together the piccalilli and mayonnaise in a bowl and spread half over the bagel bases. Place the cooked burgers on top and add a cheese slice. Spoon over the remaining piccalilli.

Top with the pickled cucumber and then the other half of the bagels. Serve with French fries.
