Parsley
There are different varieties of parsley: curly-leaved, flat-leaved or Italian parsely. The flat-leaved one (pictured) is the most flavoursome.

Use: The curly-leaved parsley is often used to garnish dishes. It adds flavour to boiled potatoes, eggs, pastas, sauces, stuffings, salads and steamed vegetables. It's delicious in vegetable soup and recommended for Mediterranean cooking.
