Feta cheese
A creamy white Greek cheese traditionally made from ewe`s milk but also made from cow`s milk and kept in brine to give a salty flavour.

Use: It is also crumbled over the top of mixed salads and can be cut into cubes and served as a snack with crusty bread, tomato and olives. It can be served crumbled on soups or added as extra flavouring. In Greek cooking, feta is used mostly for gratins and pastries. It's great with omelettes, savoury biscuits and quiches.
