Haloumi
Haloumi is a soft to semi-hard cheese of Greek origin, which can be quite salty. It holds its shape well when heated.

Use: Haloumi makes a delicious starter or snack, particularly when grilled or fried. It goes particularly well with Mediterranean vegetables.
