Emmental
Emmental is a semi-hard cow's milk cheese known as the Swiss cheese. It has a complicated hole-forming fermentation process. It keeps well.

Use: Emmental can be used as a table, dessert or sandwich cheese. It's also the cheese traditionally used in Swiss cheese fondue and great as a roast potato topping.
