Taco A Mexican corn pancake folded with a filling and fried until crisp. The shells can be found raw, still to be fried or ready- made and need just a little heating. Use: Tacos can be filled with almost anything. They can be be fried with the filling or fried on its own and be filled afterwards. Fillings include minced meat, chicken, vegetables, cheese, avocados mixed flavoured with garlic, herbs, tabasco sauce or black pepper. |
