Tabasco sauce
A hot, thin, spicy orangy red sauce made from vinegar and red chilli peppers.

Use: It can be used to season meat or sauces or added to cocktails for an extra kick. It should be used in discretion, usually one or two drops are enough in soups, salad dressings, savoury, tomato and chilli dishes. Or it it can simply serve as a table condiment.
