Oregano
More pungent than other members of the majoram family. It has a strong and robust scent and flavour. Oregano can be used fresh or dried.

Use: Italian dishes, tomato sauces, soups, meat rubs, salads and a wide variety of other dishes. In Italy it's included in pizza, tomato and garlic sauces for pastas. It's compliments vegetables such as brinjal, baby marrows and mushrooms. It's also favoured in Greek dishes like Greek lamb.
