This is a grain that is of the most nutritious of them all. For faster cooking time, the oats are rolled out and flattend.

Use: It's been eaten as a breakfast porridge for generations. Rolled or flattened oats are often used in making biscuits, breads, cakes, scones, rusks, muesli, and oatmeal (made by grinding oats) gives bulk to sausages, and thickens soup and stews.
