Ratatouille and chicken
Ingredients
2
chicken breast fillets
lemon juice
garlic
olive oil
410 g
ratatouille
marjoram, salt and black pepper
Method:
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. Pan-fry with garlic in olive oil until brown. Add a can of ratatouille, season with marjoram, salt and black pepper and simmer until heated through. Serve with couscous or rice.
