Asian beef and noodle broth
Ingredients
30 ml
olive oil
200 g
lean beef, diced
1 litre
beef stock
250 g
fresh mushrooms, chopped
400 g
Asian noodles, cooked
10 g
dried seaweed, reconstituted
Method:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add beef and stir-fry for a few minutes to brown. Add stock and mushrooms. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Divide noodles between 4 soup bowls, pour broth over noodles and add seaweed. Serve piping hot.
