Ingredients
200 g (1 packet) chocolate digestive biscuits100 g butter, melted
750 g smooth cream cheese
270 ml cream, whipped
100 g dark chocolate, melted
10 ml instant coffee granules or powder
15 ml gelatine
100 g milk chocolate, melted
100 g white chocolate, melted
250 g dark chocolate to decorate

Step 1
Place the biscuits in a plastic bag and lightly pound with a rolling pin, or crush in a food processor. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and press into a greased 20 cm springform pan and chill. |
