 4 Eggs
 190 ml Castor sugar
 60 ml Water
 5 ml Vanilla essence
 190 ml Cake flour
 60 ml Cocoa powder
 10 ml Baking powder
 2 ml Salt
 15 ml Cocoa powder
 30 ml Icing sugar
 250 ml Fresh cream

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a medium baking tray with ungreased baking paper or well greased waxed paper, allowing the paper to extend over the edges. Seperate the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
