 15 ml instant yeast
 10 ml sea salt
 5 ml castor sugar
 15 ml olive oil, plus extra for brushing
 900 g white bread flour, plus extra for dusting

Step 1

Set the oven temperature to 240 - 250 °C. Place the yeast, salt, sugar, oil and 550ml warm water in a bowl. Set aside in a warm place until bubles appear on the surface.
