Ingredients
600 g Chicken mince1 Onion, grated
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
3 ml Mustard sauce
30 ml Worcestshire sauce
60 ml Tomato purée
30 ml Finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
250 ml Fresh breadcrumbs
250 g Back bacon

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180?C. Combine mince, onion, eggs, mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato purée, parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper. |
