Ingredients
500 g white bread flour10 ml salt
7 g instant dried yeast
100 ml olive oil
280 ml warm water
8 cloves garlic, chopped
10 piquant peppers (Peppadews), halved
10 black olives, seeded and halved
40 ml fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped
125 ml grated mozzarella cheese
50 ml grated Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
coarse sea salt

Step 1
Set the oven temperature to 220 degrees C. Mix together the flour, salt and yeast. Mix 45ml of the olive oil with the warm water. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the liquid, a little at a time because you may not need to add it all. Continue to mix until the dough is soft, but not too sticky. |
