Took a big party of American clients to Rosenhof. All had heard about the cheese souffle and the duck. We arrived for dinner at 9.30 pm and the majority ordered the souffle, which tasted excellent but looked really gross on the plate. Don't know why, but it looked like a blob, although no body complained about the taste. Maybe the lateness of the order had something to do with it. The rest of the meal was pleasant.
