Winter Specials are everywhere in Camps bay during winter. Last night we tested Tuscany Beach where they offer a buy one get one free special.
There were a number of restrictions on the free option, but we managed to settle on a chicken pasta and a rump steak (house recommends both)
The pasta was great, the rump was not... (you may want to order a sauce with it to get away from the tomato sauce flavoured basting)
The staff were friendly and accommodating though and didn't seem to mind accommodating a couple of bargain hunters.
You can't argue with 2 meals and a steep R30 corkage for R140 including a 13% tip, although at Bayside next door you can get away with R100
