Salad platters
Ingredients

beetroot, cooked, peeled and sliced
5
diagonally cut slices of English cucumber
3
carrots, julienned
mixture of butter, cos or red lettuce leaves
watercress
2
almonds, whole, unskinned
2
dates
Method:
1. Arrange all salad ingredients on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds. The first two days at the hydro, the salad is served without any dressing.
