Ingredients
1 tot vodka
1 glass sparkling wine
2 scoops lemon sorbet
slice of lemon to garnish

Method:
Blend vodka, sparkling wine and sorbet in a blender and pour into a champagne flute. Garnish with lemon slice. Makes 1
