Black olive pesto
Ingredients
200 g
black olives, pitted and chopped
15 ml
crushed garlic (or more to taste)
50 ml
olive oil
50 g
macadamia nuts, chopped
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
