Pesto bread

Preparation time: 10 min

Cooking time: 20 min

Ingredients
1 large ciabatta (Italian) loaf
1 small bottle basil pesto

Method:
Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Thickly slice the ciabatta loaf without cutting through the base. Spread a generous amount of pesto between each slice. Wrap ciabatta in greaseproof paper and then aluminium foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Separate slices and serve with antipasti (see recipe). Serves 4-6.
